The teamwork environment is something I really value.  We always support each other and everyone is always happy to lend a hand.  We have regular chats in the office regarding technical issues and everyone is always happy to lend an ear or offer some support as to how to deal with a difficult or challenging situations.

Most firms only allow for managers and partners to be involved in this process although at Eagle having an inclusive approach and being able to be involved in the whole aspect of a client really allows for deeper understanding in how situations can help clients and with this you can help others in similar situations.

I like the responsibility it feels like I’m contributing to the team a lot more and I’m not just another number at the firm. It makes me feel like what i do makes a difference and if i wasn’t here these clients wouldn’t get the services they require. I also like have people depend on my services to assist them their business and tax preparation. It’s nice to feel needed.
