Leyton has been a valued member of our team since August 2019 and successfully completed his Chartered Accounting program in November 2023. His passion for numbers and dedication to supporting small businesses sparked his interest in pursuing a career in accounting. Outside of work, Leyton enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, and he stays active through his love of sports, particularly golf.

Having gathered a wide variety of experience and knowledge in various accounting & taxation roles on the Northern Beaches and graduating from the ICAA in 2010, Paul has taken a keen interest in small business, SMSF’s and providing advice that is relevant to your needs.

Alice joined the Eagle team in November 2024. She has a Bachelor of Professional Accounting degree and became a Chartered Accountant soon after joining Eagle. Alice has over 7 years of experience in the accounting and bookkeeping industry overall and has worked in public practice since 2021. Drawing on her diverse experience, Alice provides proactive guidance in accounting, tax, and compliance, always with a focus on delivering the best outcomes for her clients.

Bishoy joined the Eagle team in December 2025. He is a Chartered Accountant with more than 10 years of experience across medium and large accounting firms. With strong commercial insight and a genuine drive to help people succeed, Bishoy supports clients in achieving both their personal and business goals.
He assists with all areas of accounting, taxation and business services, and thrives in fast-paced, challenging environments. Bishoy enjoys being part of his clients’ journeys and takes real satisfaction in seeing them grow through both the highs and the lows. Outside of work, he values time with family and friends and enjoys a good game of chess.

Growing up in a family with an accounting background, it was inevitable I was drawn to the profession. Over the years, working in admin and customer services, I have developed a sound knowledge of tax and corporate compliance requirements. I look forward to assisting Eagle Financial clients with all their administration needs.
BROOKE BETHELL

Brooke joined the Eagle Financial team in January 2018. With over a decades experience in Administration in Accounting firms, Brooke has gained the knowledge of the ins and outs of the ATO, ASIC and many more government departments. Brooke has become very efficient at managing busy operations and prides herseld in her organisational skills. Brooke loves dealing with people on a day to day basis and is dedicated to providing excellent customer service skills.

Dani joined the Eagle team in January 2018 after taking some time off to start a family. She comes from a background in hospitality and customer service and is currently working towards a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Human Relations. Dani loves communicating with people, and is committed to providing a high level of customer service to our clients.

Lailani is based in the Philippines, and she joined the Eagle Financial team on September 2023. She has over ten years of experience working in the hectic world of financial institutions and is well-versed in organizational and administrative abilities. As she embarks on this new chapter with the team, Lai is thrilled about the prospects of further personal and professional growth. She firmly believes in the power of collaboration and continuous growth. Her goal is to contribute to the team’s efforts in delivering excellent customer service and to play an integral role in enhancing the overall client experience.

Born and bred on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Michelle previously worked in childcare, then after having 3 children of her own, decided on a career change. On weekends, Michelle will be at one of the many sporting fields in the local area playing various sports, of which Softball is her passion.

Sarah is returning to the workforce after spending a few years at home with her young family. Sarah had previously spent nine years in early childhood and is wrapped to work in a new industry, learning new skills from the Eagle Financial team. With strong organisational skills and an eye for detail, Sarah hopes to expand on her past experience in administration and customer service, as the next phase in her career.
